TOD’S × Hender Scheme Collaboration Collection Now on Sale! Unisex items with craftsmanship!

TOD’S has collaborated with Hender Scheme as part of the “Tod’s Factory Project,” which brings up-and-coming creators and renowned designers to bring a new perspective to the brand’s DNA. The collection includes unisex shoes, bags, and clothing. The collection will be available at select Tod’s stores, Tod’s official online store, directly managed Enderschema stores, Sukima online store, and Dover Street Market Ginza from September 28, 2021 (Tuesday). In addition, pop-up stores will appear at Hankyu Men’s Osaka and Isetan Shinjuku.

Tod’s One-of-a-Kind Legacy Meets Enderschema’s Contemporary Approach

Based on the concept of “TOD’S⇄DOT’S,” this collaborative collection combines the one-of-a-kind legacy of Tod’s with Enderschema’s unique modern approach, which it calls “new craft. The similarities and differences between the two brands are elucidated and dropped in a perfect balance in their designs. The collection is modern, iconic, and gender-neutral, and is the result of the expertise and techniques that Tod’s and Enderschema have developed in the production of leather items. Ryo Kashiwazaki, the designer of Enderschema, said, “It was very exciting to collaborate with a brand that values craftsmanship as much as Tod’s.” He also said, “It was very exciting to collaborate with a brand like Tod’s, which values craftsmanship.

The iconic “Maxi Pebble” shoes, created by reinterpreting the pebble sole of Tod’s classic “Gommini,” are a symbolic item in this collection. By reinterpreting the size, balance, and position of the pebble, Tod’s history is harmonized with the contemporary vision of the endorsed schema.
