Paul Stuart has introduced a bulk collar coat based on the concept of ” keeping pollen indoors. The new bulk collar coat is part of a project by SANYO SHOKAI, the Japanese distributor of Paul Stuart, which has been offering a “pollen-protective coat” for men’s wear every spring since 2007 under the theme of “fashionable pollen protection. The coats in this project are made of a densely woven, flat fabric with a less uneven surface, making it easy to slide off pollen even if it adheres to the fabric. In addition, when the coat is removed and lightly brushed off, most of the pollen attached to the coat can be removed, significantly reducing the amount of pollen brought indoors.

This spring, Paul Stuart is releasing a dandy-looking bulk collar coat with a pollen-protecting function!
As one of the “pollen-protecting coats” proposed by SANYO Shokai, Paul Stuart has introduced a bulk collar coat for men. The coat is finished with inverted pleats at the hem and a waist belt, giving it a Paul Stuart-like dandy look. The coat also comes with a removable padded diamond-quilted liner, so it can be worn in all three seasons except summer. The liner can be easily attached and removed with a single zipper, which is sure to come in handy during the coming three cold and four warm seasons. The material is not only pollen-protective, but also water-repellent, making it suitable for spring rains. Furthermore, this item is made in Japan, sewn by ” Sanyo Sewing ” in Aomori, which has been producing coats exclusively since SANYO Shokai was founded in 1969.
