YourFIT365 ISETAN MEN’S” is the men’s version of the “YourFIT365” service that started last August at Isetan Shinjuku for women’s shoes. YourFIT365 ISETAN MEN’S. The service is based on the theme of “selecting shoes starting from the feet,” and recommends the most suitable shoes based on the results of foot measurements. In addition to customer service in-store based on measurement data, the system also has an online recommendation function*, providing a seamless 24-hour shopping experience for busy businesspeople. *Service only for those who have downloaded the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN application and registered their ID.

The YourFIT365 ISETAN MEN’S service works as follows.
(1) The foot shape is measured in about 15 seconds using a 3D measuring device.
(2) The foot shape is digitally visualized based on the measurement results. The system then recommends items from approximately 400 types of shoes from about 20 brands that suit your feet.
(3) Try on the shoes you like from among those recommended. Based on the numerical data, you can receive consulting services from shoe counselors who know shoes inside and out.
(4) You can purchase the recommended shoes online using the dedicated app. This is a big advantage because you can buy shoes that you could not decide on immediately in stores at any time when you want.
