What is a daypack anyway?
A daypack is a small backpack that can hold enough luggage for one day. It was created by the outdoor brand “Kelty” for climbers in the 1970s, when aluminum frame packs were in their heyday. The pig banana, an original Kelty design, is also used in many daypacks on the market today, giving the bag a somewhat outdoorsy air.
