HOUSTON, born in 1972, is one of the leading military brands in Japan that created the first original flight jacket in Japan. The long length back of the Monster Parka has been retained, but arranged in a slightly tighter silhouette. A large zipper pocket is equipped on the front side. The hood can be stored in the collar and can be adjusted with a drawcord. The outer fabric is double-layered nylon, with double zippers and a double front wing to prevent outside air from entering.
The padding material is 3M Thinsulate, which is thin and light with high insulation properties. Compared to conventional polyester cotton, it provides approximately twice the insulation with the same thickness. The fine fiber structure makes it both warm and light. It keeps the body’s heat outside, yet allows moisture to pass through for long-lasting comfort.
