NEWYORKER”, popular for its pattern-made suits using high-quality fabrics and solid sewing techniques, will hold a limited “Pattern Order Shirt” order-taking event from February 23 (Fri.) to April 1 (Sun.), 2018. This is a chance to tailor a personalized shirt with added attention to detail for the new year.

Pattern order shirts of “NEWYORKER” can be made differently from ready-to-wear shirts, as they can reflect your particular taste in fabrics and designs. At this order-taking event, which will be held at the NEWYORKER Ginza flagship store, customers will be able to place a pattern order for a shirt, which is not normally available.

“The sleeves are too short to fit my neck,” “The sleeves are too large to fit my neck,” “I like the fabric, but there is no design I like. “I like the fabric, but I can’t find the design I like”, and so on. Based on the silhouettes of ready-made shirts in the store, you can freely combine the size, fabric, and design that suits you best to create the perfect shirt for yourself. In the case of dress shirts, where the silhouette is vital, you can have a personalized, one-of-a-kind shirt tailored to your exact size with the ease of purchasing ready-to-wear clothing.

Flow of Pattern Order Shirts until completion

(1) Select your favorite fabric from 28 types of high quality fabrics, including imported fabrics.
2) Select the detailed size based on the silhouette of the ready-made shirt.
(Neck size, sleeve length, sleeve length, cuffs length, and body size can be changed.
(3) Select a design.
(Front: 3 types, back style: 5 types, breast pocket: 6 types, collar: 12 types, cleric spec. cuffs: 11 types)
(4) Select options.
(Button, Button hole, Button clasp thread, Thread hanging, Color stitching, Name embroidery)
