“RE-CRAFTED” collects Rimowa’s aluminum used suitcases at participating stores. Program. The collected suitcases are inspected by Rimowa experts in about 30 categories and sorted into those to be repaired or recycled. The repaired suitcases are then carefully refurbished and transformed into suitcases that can be used with the same level of confidence as new suitcases, and are then passed on to new users as “RE-CRAFTED” used suitcases on RIMOWA.com.

, and Rimowa will take back your suitcase after verifying its authenticity and give you a voucher worth 40,000 yen that can be used to purchase a new suitcase. The voucher can be used for purchases of 80,000 yen or more in-store. (Only one voucher can be used per purchase.)
