A suitcase collection expressing the revival of romanticism in travel
Inspired by the golden age of travel at the beginning of the 20th century and the pioneering spirit of Rimowa, this collection, realized through a shared commitment to “timeless design,” represents a revival of romanticism in travel. The two new items, “RIMOWA x AIMÉ LEON DORE Classic Cabin” and “RIMOWA x AIMÉ LEON DORE Classic Chest,” are a perfect combination of the essence of classic travel and modern sensibilities.
Manufactured in Germany and carefully assembled by hand, these items are gems that fully demonstrate Rimowa’s advanced technology and craftsmanship. Based on designs from Rimowa’s popular Classic Collection line, the items are finished in Emme Leon Doré’s signature green coloring, paying homage to the brand’s heritage.

The “RIMOWA × Aimé Leon Dore Classic Cabin” is the result of Rimowa’s iconic Classic series The “RIMOWA x Aimé Leon Dore Classic Cabin” seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern sensibilities, incorporating the design codes of Rimowa’s iconic Classic Series while contrasting Aimé Leon Dore’s signature green hue with gold hardware and an interior adorned with ancient Greek stamps. It features a co-branded leather logo, cognac brown leather handles and straps, a resilient custom nylon lining, and other Rimowa features such as a TSA-approved lock, infinite telescope handle, RIMOWA Multiwheel® System, Flex Divider The bag also features the signature features of Rimowa’s Classic Series, such as TSA-approved locks, stepless telescope handles, RIMOWA Multiwheel® System, and two flex dividers. It comes with a specially designed luggage tag and sticker in brown cognac leather in the same color as the handle. The price is 393,800 yen (including tax).

The “RIMOWA × AIMÉ LEON DORE Classic Chest” is a Rimowa 1964 The Rimowa trunks released in the 1960s were designed to facilitate stacking of trunks when traveling by train. The newly released item inherits that design, but has evolved into a sophisticated design that can be used not only for travel but also for interior decoration. 94L large capacity makes it suitable for stays of a week or more. The interior of the trunk also features a unique design. The lining is a highly resilient, custom-made nylon material combined with a unique pattern of engraved ancient Greek iconography characteristic of Emme Leon Doré. The price is 573,100 yen (including tax).
