The band is printed with dots depicting multiple Mario figures. Red, Mario’s key color, is used for the bezel and ring, while the dial is colored blue to resemble the background of the ground stage. The gold accents are inspired by the coins in the game. The back of the watch is engraved with an image of Mario who failed and the game is over.

When the backlight is turned on, the 1UP Mario appears on the LCD screen, and the mushroom shell designed on the dial reproduces the movements of the characters in the game.
The exclusive packaging depicts the opening screen of the game, creating a model full of playfulness.
