SANYO Shokai’s “Original Cloth Masks” boast a wide range of size adjustments for both men and women and an outstanding fit. All models in this series have a built-in filter that collects microparticles. Let us introduce the features of the fifth such original cloth mask!

(1) Three-layer construction with a built-in filter that collects microparticles as small as 0.1 micrometer

The most noteworthy feature of this mask is its three-layered structure, which consists of an outer layer made of fabric used for clothing and a lining made of antibacterial, deodorizing double gauze, with a built-in filter that collects microparticles. This filter collects microparticles as small as 0.1 micrometer by van der Waals force (intermolecular force) exerted by the nano-level fine fiber diameter. Another advantage is that its performance is not easily degraded even after the mask is washed repeatedly.

＜How to wash the original cloth mask

SANYO Shokai’s “Original Cloth Mask” is produced under strict quality control at a domestic factory, and can be washed and used repeatedly, which is another appealing feature. To wash a mask, use a mild detergent and wash by hand according to the following procedure.

(1) Wash: Add detergent to water or lukewarm water according to the recommended amount and soak for 10 minutes. If stains are bothering you, push-wash. Avoid firmer washing to prevent the fabric from losing its shape.
(2) Rinse: Rinse with clean water 2-3 times until all the detergent is removed.
(3) Dewatering: Drain off the water lightly, and place the garment between clean towels to remove all moisture. Do not wring it out as this may cause it to lose its shape.
(4) Drying: Shape the mask and let it dry naturally in a shady, well-ventilated place.
