Takahiro Miyashita theSoloist.” has announced a collaborative collection. The collection will go on sale on Sunday, December 15, 2019.

Takahiro Miyashita and Takahiro Miyashita’s “TakahiromiyashitatheSoloist.” have put their creativity into every detail of the collection, creating an unprecedented and breathtaking finish.

This collaborative collection was born from the words “1ONE MY WAY,” which is the theme of Soloist’s 19th FW season. This theme was inspired by “Levi Pata,” an artist of Native American descent, who is also the designer Miyashita’s inspiration. Soloist has recently collaborated with J.PRESS, Dickies, and SALOMON, among others, through their collections. The impetus for this collaboration came from Miyashita’s interest in materials. Mr. Miyashita said, “Until now, Soloist has not used down in many of its designs, so I became interested in designs that were designed to handle down. I designed it as a down product for Soloist, and I hope it will appeal to Taurus customers as well.” Miyashita said. One of the features of Soloist, which Mr. Miyashita works on, is the attention to detail in the design down to the materials, such as the use of cashmere for the lining of the jackets, vintage fabrics, and Outlast, a material developed for NASA.
