He started making shoes with his own name as the brand name. He has a small workshop in Bologna, where he continues to make shoes using the highest technology. Introducing side gore boots made with Superbak from Charles F. Stead, a long-established tannery in England. Goodyear-a-mano (nine-part tailoring) method is used for the outsole, and genuine leather is used for the sole.

Exactly one year later, in October 2001, SANYOYOYAMACHO acquired the trademark and launched the brand ” SANYOYAMACHO,” which handles leather items, mainly men’s shoes. With the principles of “technique,” “iki,” and “Takumi” (craftsmanship), the brand has been developing high-level products based on a thoroughgoing commitment to quality since its inception. Introduced here is the “Shuichiro,” a simple plain toe with a single monk strap. The round toe, R2010, gives the shoe a classic impression, making it a good match for dress styles.
