Sea Island cotton is grown in diverse climates and painstakingly manufactured into perfect, ultra-fine yarns. After processing, the yarn is spun and dyed at the John Smedley factory. The dyeing process is subject to strict testing for chemical substances and the effects of washing, perspiration, and abrasion, and only those that pass these tests are dyed.
