On March 27, 2024 (Wednesday), the “OMEGA Boutique Isetan Shinjuku” on the 5th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku main store will be reopened. It is the fourth directly-managed store to be reborn as a boutique with “boutique technicians” and to offer after-sales service.
OMEGA Boutique Isetan Shinjuku
The boutique at Isetan Shinjuku, which employs the latest design concept, has a larger sales floor area than before the renovation. The customer service area, with its bright red carpet and dark-colored sofa sets, has been transformed into a lounge-like space with a luxurious atmosphere.
A new watchmaking desk has been set up in front of the boutique. Boutique technicians, certified after two months of training by full-time trainers from the Swiss headquarters, can provide aftercare services* for your favorite watches on the spot, including bracelet replacement and frame adjustment, as well as checks for accuracy, magnetic strip, water resistance, and bracelet and case cleaning. The service includes bracelet changes and frame adjustments. In addition to watches, the store also offers a full lineup of fine jewelry, accessories, and sunglasses, all of which are available only at a directly managed OMEGA store. We hope that not only OMEGA owners but also those who are considering purchasing an OMEGA watch will visit the store.
*Aftercare service by boutique technicians is available for watches released after 1994.
*Watches may be left in our care depending on the nature of the maintenance and how crowded the shop is.
