Swedish sneaker brand SNS unveils its latest sneaker collaboration with adidas Originals: the “SNS CT NYC,” an exclusive line of the “SNS GT” in a limited edition SNS silhouette.

Paying homage to New York’s Meatpacking District, the new collaborative model “SNS CT NYC” is united in brown.
Based on the “Stockholm GT” released in 1980, this collaborative sneaker was inspired by the Meatpacking District in New York City, where SNS opened its first store in the United States. The Meatpacking District, originally a meatpacking district in western Manhattan, is a historic neighborhood of brick buildings. Inspired by this district, the brown premium suede is matched with a retro gum rubber midsole in the same color. The iconic 3-stripe and heel tab feature leather overlays. In addition, the “SNS GT” letters on the side are in gold for a premium look. The outsole also features the same soft, cushioned outsole as Adidas’ ” Handball Spezial.
In addition, the campaign video was created with artist Stephan Powers, focusing on the history and murals of the Meatpacking District. The graffiti legend, known for creating art throughout the city, has recreated classic butcher shop signs and posters that are closely associated with the district’s history.
