The T-shirts themselves have antibacterial properties through a special processing using a scientific approach, and also have a deodorant effect that suppresses the growth of bacteria that cause bad odors and destroys and decomposes them. This T-shirt uses a rare raw material called DCH32, a ” No. 72 silo yarn spun by the prestigious “Vardhman” company in India. The coloring is enhanced by the spinning and cross-twisting process, and the luster is improved by gas-burning the slightly high-twisted yarn, which is twisted more strongly than ordinary cotton yarns. To avoid damaging the texture of cotton, no silken treatment is used, and fluff is reduced to the utmost limit by bio-processing to achieve a soft texture. The fabric is knitted on a 32G knitting machine manufactured by ” Yamayo “, a prestigious knitter in Wakayama, Japan, resulting in a more compact and high-count finish than usual.
