What parts of the body can be trained by squatting?

Muscles that can be strengthened by squatting (1) “Gluteus maximus

The gluteus maximus is the hip muscle and has the largest area of any single muscle in the human body. Therefore, it is effective in raising basal metabolism and can lead to a slimmer body. In addition, by raising the hips, you will have a different silhouette when you wear pants.

Muscles that can be strengthened by squatting (2) “Quadriceps

The quadriceps muscle is the muscle at the front of the thigh and is the collective name for four muscles.
