Hublot celebrates the opening of its Ginza boutique with a limited collaboration model with Yohji Yamamoto!

The “Big Bang GMT All Black Yohji Yamamoto” is a watch with a “dual” theme and a design that is unique to this collaboration.

The theme of this watch is “duality,” and it is equipped with a GMT function that can display two time zones. At the heart of the watch is a Unico HUB1251 movement made by the manufacture. This movement uses a patented module that allows the wearer to change from one time zone to the other with the push of a button.

Yohji Yamamoto, who designed the watch, said, “The fact that the time of two cities, Tokyo and Paris, for example, where I am based, exist in one watch, and that it is not visible, is very interesting to me, because I am not very straightforward.”

Other design features unique to this collaboration are the arrow-shaped hands that can be set using the crown to indicate home time and day and night time, and the Yohji Yamamoto logo that is double-layered in reference to the “dual” theme of this work. The design of the watch is also a highlight of this collaboration.
