Rimowa has been creating functional items for a lifetime of travel since 1898. The Essential Sleeve is a lightweight and highly durable collection that uses a grooved polycarbonate shell, which has been a beloved Rimowa signature design since its first appearance in 2000.
The Essential Sleeve features an integrated sleeve pocket located on the outer surface of the suitcase. It functions as a practical pocket for items that can be quickly retrieved while traveling, such as a laptop computer up to 16 inches in size, a tablet, and valuables. Finished in the same color as the polycarbonate shell, the sleeve is made of durable, water-repellent coated nylon. The interior features three pockets, including a padded compartment. In addition, there is a zippered pocket and an open slot for smaller items.
